kda.core

KDA Core Objects The core module contains code to build the core KineticModel object which contains all system information for a kinetic model.

State Probability & Flux Calculations The calculations module contains code to calculate steady-state probabilities and fluxes from a user-defined kinetic diagram.

Diagram Generation The diagrams module contains code to generate partial diagrams (undirected spanning trees), directional diagrams, and flux diagrams using the diagram method developed by King and Altman and Hill .

Algebraic Expressions The expressions module contains code to convert KDA-generated string expressions into SymPy symbolic expressions.
